Many people cannot afford to pay a large retainer for an attorney's services, so they choose to represent themselves. These "pro se" litigants often find themselves opposing an attorney on the other side. A person accused of a crime will always find a Deputy District Attorney prosecuting the state's case, and can be very difficult to navigate alone. For these reasons, Belcastro Law PLLC offers "unbundled legal services" for several types of cases.
The team at Belcastro Law was formed to help those who need assistance but can't pay the lengthy retainers of other practitioners on the Western Slope. The principles Belcastro Law was founded on were integrity, great customer service, less cost to the client, and legal knowledge. All three of the team members at Belcastro Law are Juris Doctors, and have some level of experience as practicing attorneys. So when we take on your case, you know you are getting the benefit of three lawyer minds to help you solve your problem.
